C. Mina Kim

Catherine Mina Kim has a passion to help bring peace of mind to her clients through thoughtful and comprehensive estate plans that are tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Mina believes the estate planning process does not have to be stressful or daunting, and is not just for the wealthy. Working closely with her clients, she takes time to truly listen and understand their concerns and wishes. Mina is dedicated to providing honest and thoughtful guidance so that her clients can have confidence their estate plans reflect their values and protect what matters most to them.

After going through the unexpected with her own parents, Mina realized the importance of a proper estate plan. With this understanding, she decided to dedicate her career to help families prepare for the unexpected. She believes an estate plan is not just about legal documents, but also about giving loved ones clarity and guidance during a time that is also filled with confusion and stress.

Prior to founding Abound Law Group, Mina worked as a Law Clerk for the Los Angeles Superior Court, and as a litigator at private firms, where she represented individuals and businesses in real estate and other civil matters. Mina also worked as a Children's Attorney for the Children's Law Center of Los Angeles, representing and advocating for children in the foster care system.

Born and raised in Orange County, Mina is grateful to serve the community where she lives and where she spent most of her life. Mina lives in Orange County with her husband, their two girls and their rambunctious dog, Piper.

Mina received her undergraduate degree from UCLA. She received her law degree from Pepperdine University, where she was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review.

Mina is licensed to practice law in California.
